XADC output ?

hi

When i added the XADC wizard to my design, i run the connection automation, any of output pin was connected to any bloc ( for output show )

i can't found a documentation on xilinx website, talked about how read on led or Oled the temperature ( getting from xadc ( temperature sensor) ) ?
