10" touch display kit

Hi Avnet folks! I attended Kevin Keryk's talk on the UI at x-fest 2014 San Jose. In reviewing my notebook, I see 10" touch display kit/reference design, but I can't remember whether that was just a note for myself to ask Kevin (but didn't) or whether Kevin said it's coming soon. I want to buy the 10" kit (actually want to buy the biggest touch display kit you have, but that's another story). Besides, the Linux on 7" touch display reference design doesn't use Vivado and I am trying to forget the ISE.

Can you please confirm if I am just imagining things?

Hi Henry,

It was great to meet you at X-fest in San Jose! I got a lot of valuable feedback based upon our discussion.

The 10" display kit is not quite ready yet but the prototype was shown in our demo on the Avnet table. That demo was running Open Source Linux with Qt on a platform built with Vivado. We plan to publish the display portion as a reference design soon but I will contact you off line to see if there is something that you can use in the meantime.

Hi all,

I am stuck at a problem where I am trying to access registers through linux kernel running on ARM. So I have a block connected to ARM through AXI - the block is slave AXI. At this point I am just saving all the values coming into the axi to registers. I am trying to create a device driver which sends the signals to the hardware block. But I am not sure how I can access the registers? Any help would be appreciated.
