ASCII characters

Hello all!!! Firstly, forgive me if my topic is at wrong section. Secondly i would like to ask if anyone knows the following question. Can we print characters at the OLED display which are not included at the English alphabet? For instance, a character from the Finnish alphabet. I run the example that is provided here:

Have you tried to simply change the constant table "digilent_screen" in OledExample.vhd file?
Each entry of the table is the ascii value of the character you want to print. Then it uses the IPCore CharLib to get the proper pixels to print. CharLib may include the extended characters of the ascii table (from value 128 to 255).

Yes i tried it. Firstly, it was not displaying anything. Then i tried to drive the ASCII character (for instance, the C6 which is the u00C6 based on: http://ascii.cl/htmlcodes.htm) at the leds and it was showing the value of the character. In summary i can see any character at the leds but not at the display..........

So I guess CharLib doesn't include extended characters. I didn't get deep into this IP, but maybe you can add new characters yourself.
