Zedboard PCB Material

Hi,

Does anybody have information on the PCB material the Zedboard is manufactured from? I need to verify the flammability rating.

Hi Richard,

According to the Gerber files published for ZedBoard, the substrate material used in the PCB is FR-4.

Since Digilent oversees the manufacturing for ZedBoard, you would probably have to contact Digilent directly to find out the exact materials used in the FR-4 used on ZedBoard PCB.
