Low Power DDR3

Hello,
As now it is said that Zynq7020 supports Low power DDR3(Supply Voltage 1.35V),so can anybody tell me the termination voltage that has to be provided and also the class that has to be used.

In general, DDR signals get terminated to 1/2 the I/O voltage using a supply that can both source and sink current. If you need specifics, find another dev board that uses DDR3 memory and use the schematic as a guide.
