Zedboard does not turn on

I bought two ZedBoards yesterday and did a getting started guide.

However, one ZedBoard does not turn on today while the other one does turn on well.

I think that power supply has not any problem but the board has some problems.

Because it also not turn on with other power supplies.

I wonder if my board is defective or has any other problems.

Hello Spiritica,
When you say it did not turn on today, when you enabled the power to your device did any LEDs enumerate? Also from whom did you purchase the board from?
