Replace TUSB1210 by USB3320

The ZedBoard Errata recommends to use the SMSC USB3320 instead of the TUSB120. I use the ZedBoard as template for my nwe design. Are there information available how to integrate the USB3320 into the existing circuits?
The ZC702 schematic has an extra 24 MHz oscillator - is it necessary?

I try to copy the ZC702 schematic to implement the USB3320 in my design. But I found a constellation that does not agree with the recommendations in the data sheet:
In the Xilinx schematics, when selecting the OTG mode, the Jumper JP7 is 'on'. In this case the C293 is parallel to C414 (CVBUS).
So the total capacity for CVBUS is 150u00B5F + 1u00B5F = 151u00B5F while the datasheet allows a maximum value of 6,5u00B5F. Is this a bug in the Xilinsx swchematic?
To better see the wiring of the USB3320, I made an extract from the Xilinx schematitc at
    http://www.ag500.de/fpga/Scratch.PDF
