Yes, theoretically, the ISMNET FMC module is compatible with ZedBoard. I have not tested this yet with an actual design, but an examination of the schematics of both boards does not indicate any incompatibility issues.
If a Xilinx and/or Avnet designed card says it is FMC compatible, it will work with any Xilinx development kit that has the same pin-count FMC connector on it.
It is, however, *always* a good idea to review schematics to guarantee Interoperability.
