hardware co simulation

Hi,
I am working on a project that i made it in matlab/simulink. I could run all simulink given example for zedboard. But i dont know how to access PMOD I/O ports in simulink. I need to configure JA1 as input and i need that input at JB2 as output. can you guys help me? how to do this design in simulink.
by the way I am a novice in zedboard.

Hi,
Thanks buddy. But I am trying with simulink blocks. and using IP core generation for implementation the design in zynq board. I tried with given example in HDL coder. But I am facing problem in assigning the pmod I/O port as input. how can I do that in simulink?
