PL Design won't work on Windows 10 Laptop

Hey, so I have a completed working project involving controlling a keypad, LCD, servos, and various other outputs. I am able to program the zedboard through vivado just fine on a Windows 7 desktop that I have been using. I wanted to be able to program it away from the desktop so I installed vivado onto my Windows 10 laptop and got a 30 day license. I was able to generate the bit-stream fine so I know the license is working. When I try to program the zedboard from my laptop it does not program it correctly. The keypad works, but the LCD does not. I can then plug the zedboard into the desktop and program it and everything works fine.

I was wondering if it was maybe a jtag driver issue that comes up with windows 10?? It seems weird that everything works other than the LCD.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you look at the last page of this thread on the Xilinx Community forums it does indicate that there are problems with using the JTAG interface in Vivado 2015.x with Windows 10:

Vivado 2016.1 has been released and does support Windows 10 Pro:

You mention that you downloaded a 30 day license. Unless you are planning on using System Generator for DSP or are using one of the larger Zynq devices you can just download the Vivado WebPack version as it now includes the Debug features.

Thanks for your reply. I went ahead and updated to 2016.1... It still is having some problems, here is what I have noticed that is different.

-It comes up with a warning saying that the PS7 block is required.
-There is no debug probe when programming the device.

Because it wasn't working I tried having an exact same environment on my laptop... I got a windows 7 laptop and made sure to keep the same version of Vivado that is working on my PC... It seemed like the drivers installed correctly... When I program it from the laptop (even mapping the exact same folder from the desktop) the program installs on the zedboard and everything works EXCEPT the LCD. I can then plug it into the desktop and program from the same project and the LCD runs fine.

I am completely lost. It is such a strange issue that the keypad and motors works but the LCD doesn't and they are all controlled through the PMODS.
