ZedBoard Memory Map Regions

Question

Hello,

What are the start and stop addresses of the different memory blocks on the ZedBoard? From which address does the DDR memory start and stop,where does the RAM of the ARM CPU start and where does it stop, where does the BRAM start and where does it stop? I was looking for this information in the user manual of the ZedBoard and in the Zynq 7000FPGA but could not find it.

Hello Chakal,

If you export your Vivado Hardware Design to SDK, in your hw_platform_0 folder, there is a file labeled system.hdf. That system.hdf file will have all the address information you are looking for.
