Creating Custom IP with PlanAhead?

Hi,

i try to write my own custum IpCore. just some reading from the 8Bit switches and writing to the 8Bit LEDs.

I know how to write an Custom IP in EDK.
But it is possible to do this and the simulation in PlanAhead?
I think this should be possible.
