new HDMI IP on zedboard

Has anyone successfully used the new HDMI IP from Xilinx on their zedboard?

Because for some reason I cannot find this IP on IP catalog in vivado design.

I am not aware of any user implementing a native HDMI design on their ZedBoard.
You are correct, the HDMI logiCORE does not ship with Vivado by default (I did not see it in the IP catalog).
Perhaps you need to make a evaluation request, and possibly request the reference design to have access to the logiCORE.

I am not aware of any user implementing a native HDMI design on their ZedBoard.
You are correct, the HDMI logiCORE does not ship with Vivado by default (I did not see it in the IP catalog).
Perhaps you need to make a evaluation request, and possibly request the reference design to have access to the logiCORE.
