Accidentally short circuited 12V, is it repairable?

Hello!

I just accidentally short circuited 12V pin on the FMC card to ground. Now the 12V pin shows about 2.5V while on and 4.25V while off. No lights on the board are lit. How would I go about figuring out what has broke? Do you think it is repairable?

The FMC 12V is supplied from the ZedBoard through net VU12V0. The source of VU12V0 is the power switch attached directly to the AC/DC wall supply. A 5A fuse (http://www.te.com/catalog/pn/en/F21397-000) is in the path, so maybe you got lucky and just blew the fuse. Check the voltage coming out of your wall supply to see if it is 12V. If not, then you need to replace it. If the wall supply is delivery 12V, then check the fuse F5.
