Zedboard and FMC conection

Hello

I'm trying to conect a FMC150 card to zedboard to get values from adc of FMC card and then pass them trough zedboard to my computer to use that values in Matlab.

But now i'm currently stuck, because i don't know how to proceed and make a vivado project to this problem.

Anyone has some experience that can share?

    Hi,

      We had recently purchased a 4DSP FMC150 board for the purpose of using it's high-speed DAC and interface it with the Zedboard.  The do provide a reference design and we were also able to get that working using their PC (Host) and Zedboard (PS) software.

      However, trying to insert our own custom IP turned in the FMC150 out to be a nightmare, poor documentation and pathetic support. It took few weeks before we could get a handle on it and yet struggling to bypass a bulk of unwanted IPs and Host communication protocol that the reference design has.

      Eventually we bought an ADI card (AD9467-FMC-250EBZ),  we got the whole thing working with our own custom IPs inserted in a matter of 3 days.  ADI's support was also excellent.
