Audio Codec

I wish to use the audio codec to sample and play music. Can I get a detailed reply on how to set this up? Thank you very very much, don't really know what steps to take.

I want to use the on-board ADAU1761 CODEC chip on ZedBoard using Linux and PS7 I2C 1 channel. Can somebody tell me how to setup the device tree and which driver should I be accessing?
