I would like to set up the ZED board for noise cancellation experimentation. So I would like to connect reference microphone/error microphone/speaker channels. Ideally, I'ld like to set up more than one of these. How can this be done with ZED?

audio1,
Do you want to do this in the PS or the PL portion of Zynq?
The Audio codec is connected to the PL portion of Zynq. This means that you will need to write HDL code to interface with the Audio Codec, as well as a driver within the Linux world to interface to it (or on bare metal if that is your environment).
I thought that the Zedboard would be able to access its peripherals with existing reference designs. As a matter of fact at this very moment I'm looking for that and a way to get a Linux GUI on either the VGA or the HDMI. If these things don't exist then I am going to have a very steep climb to my objective...

Sorry, "looking for that" means looking for the audio codec interface to allow playback from Linux.
I'm told that Digilent has this internally but have not yet published it. Please contact support@digilentinc.com
