zedboard can not link to PC,LED is abnormal

Hi,everyone,

I have used this zedboard for a long time. But now i can not link it to PC,.When i power up the board, the power on LED(LD13),DONE LED (LD12), and ethernet's led all lingt up ,but i never program my FPGA flash. PC can not link to board. Who can tell me what happen to my board.
