I am new to the zedboard (zynq 702) ... I want to use I2C for the same . Please provide me detailed steps for the I2C communication. Please help me ..

Hello Glenn,
I'm going to assume your doing a barmetal application. You can find I2C examples within your SDK Version :
C:\Xilinx\SDK\2016.2\data\embeddedsw\XilinxProcessorIPLib\drivers\iicps_v3_2\examples
