ZUBoard technical data and delivery?

Hello, I have ordered a ZUBoard 1CG. Originally, the website said it would be delivered in early August 2022. Now it just says "In Process". That has me worried. 
 Are ZUBoards in production? Also, I still don't find technical details for the ZUBoard published anywhere. I would like to see schematics, layout, master xdc file, user guide, etc. When will technical data be published?

I am working a board design for the ZU1CG. I am also interested in purchasing a ZUBoard for early development. From this thread it would seem that production is immanent, should I order a board even if they are not in stock? I have found the schematic PDF which looks like a Altium design, are the Altium design files available for this reference design?

The boards are due to arrive end of December first of January, if you are interested in the ZUBoard feel free to place an order. To receive the full design files please contact your local Avnet FAE. If the board has not shipped yet you will be required to sign a License agreement, but the files are free once the agreement is executed.
