ZUBoard PCIe DIV0 error

Hello Guys,

I have build a little zmod board to use the PCIe interface of the ZUBoard. Unfortunately, there is some setting in the ZUBoard Board Definition Files. It does not allow me to enable the PCIe and complains about some clock divider setting. I've looked through all the ZynqMP settings for PCie and clocks but have not found anything that looks related to this error message.

I was able to start over without using the ZUBoard BDF and it allows me to enable PCIe. But then I need to do all the other DDR, Ethernet, USB and uart settings by hand. It would be nice to know what in the BDF is blocking PCIe.
