XSCT slow writing of elf files to board

Hi Guys,

I have the jtag set to max speed.

When writing the bit file I see 3.6MB/s transfer speed

When writing elf files I see 0.1MB/s or 0.2MB/s transfer speed

This slow writing is driving me mad, has anyone any ideas why this is so slow?

I don't know what is the hardware design. I did not see such issues on JTAG for Xilinx FPGAs. Here are some discussions on this topic at Xilinx:
