Altium PCB files

Hello,
In order to quickly design a board using the XCZU1CG-1SBVA484E is it possible to have the Altium PCB files, or at least the stackup and the rules used (Altium format)?

Please contact you local Avnet AMD/Xilinx FAE. The Files are only available through them.
