ThinkSpace Sign UP trouble?

Question

I'm have trouble signing up for Thinkspace? I fill in the form and get a passcode but the Continue is not enabled?help with this?

Hi,

Did you put in an email and mobile number then select get passcode for both? Verizon should message you with a passcode to your email and phone number that you entered. After that it should allow you to continue
