Does anyone know what the dual arrow symbol represents on this schematic? I'm thinking that it a name tag to connect the line to another part in CAD Soft.

Thanks for the reply. I assumed it was but wanted to be sure before I started recreating it and ended up wrong. Thanks again.

It just means that signal connects somewhere on another sheet too. You can do CRTL-F in your PDF document (I'm presuming that's what you're looking at) and search for that text to see where it is connected.
