Can we read data from a mobile phone having NFC Capability using EXPLORE NFC by P2P?

In that case can the Bluetooth Device Address of a mobile phone be obtained over NFC to our Raspberry Pi? This is required for pairing of Raspberry Pi with the Mobile phone by sending this to the BlueZ daemon to initiate pairing.
