Alternate pin assignment for PWM0 on SAMA5D3 Xplained

Greetings!

I'm trying to enable the PWM-L0 on the SAMA5D3 Xplained. However, it shows up as an alternate pin configuration in the manual. So, my question is, "How do I select the alternate pin configuration for peripherals on the SAMA5D3 Xplained?"

PWML0 is peripheral B on PA21 or PB1.
You have to set bit 1 or 21 in PIOB_PDR or PIOA_PDR.
You also have to set the corresponding bit in the

PIO_ABCDSR1 and clear the same bit in PIO_ABCDSR2 to choose the peripheral B.

Hi Dan,

Sorry for missing this. It's under Linux 3.14. I think the requirement is past and solved using a different technique, but I'd like to know the answer for future reference.
