There is https://github.com/imyller/meta-nodejs layer package. How to get this onto my Warp7 with minimum efforts?

Then, should I build core-image-minimal or fsl-image-machine-test ?
After I follow the steps, do do I build node.js only?
And last, but not least: How do I put it on Warp7? Do I have to re-flash the whole image?
