Suggestions on the Best Free EDA tool for Beginners

Question

　　Hello everyone, just a quick opinion survey, what EDA do you think is best and why? Something that is hopefully often updated and is stable. I have looked into EasyEDA and Design spark, but are there any other EDAs there?

You don't need your PCB CAD to do simulation - for two reasons: 1) LTSpice is free from Linear Technology and is better than ANY bundled Spice package. 2) You almost never want to simulate the actual circuit - just bits of it - so the ability to attempt a one click simulation is of no practical use. For free PCB CAD look at KiCad - it's free as in beer and liberty (and seems to be getting more popular). MK
