Can't move component on Board

Hey,

I am a total newbie on this program, and I have spent alot of time trying to

fix this, so please don't flame me for this stupid question image

 

I have opened an old circuit, and added a component. Now I need to place

this component correctly on the board, but when I try to select any

components I just get this "pling" sound that windows makes on errors, and I

can't select it. I can select the wires perfectly, and move them around

though...

 

Any input would be much appreciated.

    You can pick parts with the mouse only if their origin (in the

    t/bOrigins layer) is visible.

     

    You can however also pick them by entering their name at the keyboard,

    regardless of the visible layers.
