KEL103 SCPI Programmers Manual

Hello Element14,

I'm trying to track down either a copy of the Programmer's Manual for either of the following electronic loads below. i have tried to find them on the manufacturer's website but without much luck. does someone on here have them?

- Korad KEL103 Programmer's Manual

- Multicomp Pro MP710259 US

Even if there was a list of SCPI commands somewhere that would be fine. i found some good help on github but it's not complete. Specifically i'm trying to automate setting the resistance value of the load in CR mode and not having much luck.

The multicomp DC loads are very similar to other products on the market (like the Kel103). I did find some communication protocols manuals from a similar model (very likely the same protocol). Here is…

I did a search (Google and others) and can find no reference anywhere to a programming manual.

Without it the instrument is almost worthless.

I'm utterly amazed that Farnell/Avnet.Newark aren't on to this - having a range of Multicomp "Pro" instruments without the basic support is not good at all.

It might be worth trying to talk to the product manager for the instrument - pleae let us know if you do get anywhere.

I've avoided buying any of this range of parts, despite the low prices, because of the problmes with documentation.

Of course R & S, Keysight and Keithley have it easily locatable and downloadable on the web. Rigol aren't too bad but there are things missing from their docs (like port address for SCPI over LAN).
