Joseph is the Director of New Product Development at Wakefield Solutions. Joe is an engineering graduate form Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with 20+ years of experience in the specialty metals industry working for E.I. DuPont, Engelhard Industries and Brush Wellman Engineered Materials. Joe spent over 10 years at heat sink manufacturer Advanced Thermal Solutions as Engineering Manager before joining Wakefield. Custom thermal and mechanical solutions were the basis of numerous successful products. Joe’s history of servicing customers with new materials, processes and products has yielded over 10 US and International Patents.
