636XY Rolls
This product is a fixed abrasive consisting of diamond agglomerates in an organic binder on a film backing. The abrasive product is designed for edge finishing of raw and patterned silicon wafers. This product may also be used for hard substrates like AlTiC ceramics, optical glass, and some metals.
641X Rolls

651X Rolls

Tightly graded diamond mineral, precision coated on a 3.0 mil polyester film backing. Available with or without PSA.
661X Discs
The standard of 3M's premium diamond abrasive films. 661X has a 3 mil polyester backing. Discs are available in 0.1 - 30 micron grades.
661XU Discs
Tightly graded diamond mineral is precision coated on a polyester film backing. This double construction provides consistent processing and superior finishes throughout the life of the product. Available with or without PSA backing.
662XW TH Discs
A higher diamond concentration and a stronger resin bond give this product added durability and increased cut rate over our standard diamond lapping film. Available in discs of 0.5 - 9 micron grades.
663X TP Discs
A stronger resin system gives this product added toughness and longer life. Used primarily in superfinishing, roll polishing, and flat lapping applications. Available in 30, 45, and 60 micron grade discs.
664X TP PSA Discs
A stronger resin system gives this product added toughness and longer life. Used primarily in flat lapping applications. Available in 30 and 45 micron grade discs.
666XW TH PSA Discs

668X PSA Discs
