How to dis-polygon pour on PCB, so I can do the route work.

Could you explain a little more about what you want to achieve? I'm guessing you have a polygon and you want to route a track through it?
To un-pour polygons:
1-Right-click your polygon. (Your active layer must be the polygon layer)
2-Hover over 'Polygon Actions'
3-Select 'Set All to Unpoured' or 'Set Selected to Unpoured'
You can repour the polygon the same way as above but it's much easier to go to the Polygon pour drop-down menu in the Home tab.
