Simply try to do a "Refresh all" in the Vault Explorer.
In my case, I always get this access violation:
And if you try to "Send Report..." then the back-end server it sends to has gone away...
This happens every time.

Thanks for letting us know KennyMillar , it's obviously frustrating to have silence rather than a response for a product you're invested in - I'm surprised there's little response from their support directly.
