I can no longer open my PCB document. The application just locks up with no explanation. I suspect it's because I'm missing a library I used on the document but don't really have a way to get it back.
Has anyone dealt with anything like this?

Some things to try might be:
If your problem description is accurate and it is the PCB document and not the project file, then there might be older versions of the PCB doc in the history folder that might work if the PCB document is corrupted.
If it is a corrupted project file, try making a new project and then copy the schematic and/or PCB file into the project directory and add as existing.
If you cannot start up CS because it tries to open the problem project by default, then try renaming the project folder so CS cannot find it.
If it is a missing library as you suspect, then I think it would just indicate that a file a missing.
Thanks for the recommendation Thomas, unfortunately that didn't work either. None of the PCBs in the history folder will open either.
At this point I'm almost certain this is caused by an update. Two Circuit Maker forum describe similar issues, one specifically states it started when switching from Windows 7 to 10.

To test this I installed Circuit Studio on a Windows 7 machine and all the files worked again. When I opened it it was on 3D view. There are other pcb files I can open and with that it occured to me that the difference is they weren't in 3D view.
I also found it odd that the application would lock up when I clicked on only some of the components in my custom library but now I'm wondering if those have 3D preview enabled.
I'm thinking this is a graphics driver issue.
Yes, it does sound like a graphics driver issue.
Though I doubt it will help, you can try resetting the graphics subsystem by pressing the Win-Ctrl-Shift-B key combo. You should see the screen(s) flash off briefly and then come back as Win-10 does its thing.
Another thing to try is to change the compatibility mode setting. This is accessed by right clicking on the shortcut, select properties and then the compatibility tab. Mine is on the default and I haven't seen any problems.
