Issue with moving Stand Alone license to new PC

I recently upgraded the PC in the shed I use for PCB design. i exported my old stand alone license, but when importing it I get a message that the license "Does not belong to the same organisation as you so you can not active the license".

I used the same login on both machines, but it seems for some reason my license won't apply on the new computer. I tried logging out of the Altium user account, but it still will not apply the standalone license telling me I am not using a valid license. I though the whole point of the standalone license was you could export and import it as needed. I don't want to use it on 2 machines at the same time, but the old PC is going away so I need to be able to transfer it over.

Any one had anything similar and can offer any clues ?
