How do you hide 3D Models?

I'm running DRC checks and some of the errors fall under 3D Parts. I know I can see the errors in 2D but I would also like to see them in 3D because sometimes they jump out at me more than in the 2D view. So, how can I view my board with no 3D Models. I tried the Show Hidden feature and it seems to only apply to simple bodies. Most of my parts are Step models.

In 3D view, right-click, select Options > Display > Untick 3D bodies.
There are a few other ways too but that is probably most convienient to show/hide all.

Thanks for that tip. One more related question. Is there a way to hide individual 3D Bodies when working with variants? I guess I need to go read up on Variants and what that's all about but figured I'd ask here as well since it's related.
