CPU Usages high process during adding vias.

Does anyone knows why I having high CPU usage by CS, after placing vias?

 

My PCB design is approx. 200mmx150mm, 4 layers.

 

When a place some or one vias, that crossing trough the poured layers (3 Layers), the CS becomes inoperative for 90min approximately with a high CPU usage. Sometimes the process doesn't finish until kill the process in the  Windows Task Manager.

 

Please, Help me.

    That does not sound like behavior I have seen and is quite a long time indeed.

     

    Is it because adding the via has started a design rule check? Even so, that should not take 90min. Does the text at the bottom of the screen say anything about what it is doing at this time?
