I have a somewhat high complexity board with multiple polygons on different layers. When I pour the polygons sometimes it takes over 30 minutes to do one polygon pour. Is this normal, shouldn't this be more efficient?
Rebuild your project. There is a glitch somewhere in the project file. Make a new project and import your existing project documents into it. Don't delete your old project yet. Save your rules and other settings so you can import them into the new project. This should only take a couple of minutes and it will fix the problem.

Hallo James,
I create a new empty project, but I dont find the project import function. I Can add all existings files (schematics and pcb) to the project. Then I can open the PCB and import all Design-Rules from the old project und and layer-stack too. Is that the way that you meen?
Yes. By importing, I mean just add them to the new project. I'm sorry that I wasn't more clear with that.
