Hello everybody,

I present you attached the cheapest manufacturing way,  for simple  pcb layer  ( home made ) with semi-professional look , starting with 0,0375 Euro / cm2.

Can be also tinned,  the copper traces ....or even something like " soldermask " ( can be solder through  "soldermask" applied )

If someone need  to build a prototype board or very small quantity ( up to 10 pcs / pcb ) , please feel free to contact me to : msdesignerpro@gmail.com

I can deliver you all over the world , in cheapest way , through National postal mail services.

Kind Regards,

You could get DYNAMSK and make very good looking boards, with just a bit extra work.

Here is my example of pcb made with UV masks:
    image

Spacings can be as small as 0.1mm, and track should be larger than 0.15mm (but for low current in mind,it is possible to make 0.1mm as well)

    You have right, Linas.

The inquiries for soldermask are very low.

A lot of people like tinning of traces and pads also.

You can see that in already presented pictures in my post.

    I'm under testing of soldermask.

    All the best,

    Mihai

Trick is to use very high quality and even doubled mask for soldermask, for my setup i need do expose for 1 min 5 s ( i print it with printer designed for comertial use, so it have very deep black, and don't go for all collors, it will degrade performance, only collor should be black, CMY is 0%)

Yes, soldermask is not that necessary for TH mounting, but if you have compact pcb with smd (0402,0603) you must have it. (trust me on this one)
