Where can we find Circuit Studio change logs / know issues / bugs and an expected release date for the next version?
For what it is worth, here are copies of emails I had with someone at Newark last October. Not sure if it really means anything, by these emails an update should already be out.

Is there any news on CS development? New features, bug fixes, update release dates? Seems pretty dead on the website.

Joe,
I emailed the Altium mktg mgr Tuesday when I saw your email - no reply. I'll try to call him next week to see what I can find out. I'll let you know.

Hello Joe,
I finally talked to Altium - they are planning to release the next rev of Circuit Studio in 2-3 months.
Now don't hold me to that. Given that's in/near the holiday season I can easily see them waiting until after Jan. 1 to release the next rev. At least now I/we know that one is coming.

p.s. I don't have a new feature/bug fix list yet. In fact the mktr asked me for our list of customer feature requests, so hopefully a lot of those will get implemented. I'll keep you updated.

Here is the response. Can't say I'm too surprised. At least Newark and the Altium marketing guy would like to see something happen.

Hello Joe,
No. Unfortunately Altium has put the development of the next rev on the back burner in lieu of some other product development. We (Newark) are very frustrated because so many customers and prospects are asking for the next rev. My biz dev mgr and SW biz director even met with Altium last week to express how important it is to fix these bugs and get the next rev out. The product marketing mgr is supportive of our position and said he would push to get resources allocated. We're going to keep pushing until we see them move forward on it.

I'm not there...yet. Newark and Altium need to figure out what they want to do with CS. If it is going to be a dead project, let us know so we can move on. I hope it continues, there is a lot I like about it. If it dies there is no way I could go back to Eagle, that would be too painful. I liked DipTrace, but it wasn't at the same level as CS although it would probably be the best choice for me.
