Right now I am using the CircuitStudio But I can't find the penalization tool like Embedded Board Array from Altium?
So, do you guys how to penalize in CircuitStudio?

just let the fabricator do it, my guess is that the Embedded Array in AD is a distinguishing feature that will not soon be added to CS
i use AD and although i like and use the Embedded Array feature which is pretty well done in AD of late i just draw the complete panelized outline around a single instance of the board design and put a note about what is wanted
it is pretty much self explanatory anyway, saves a ton of work and i have never gotten a question or complaint or a charge for this, they are really set up much better to handle this sort of thing than we are
on one occasion when that was not convenient i made an ordinary single board design and then on the side i drew the outlines of what i wanted to be delivered and where the fiducials and tooling holes should go, worked fine
another point of terminology: the fabricator makes "panels" of our panels so it can get confusing real fast,
some have said that the delivered user "panel" should be called an array or some other term
getting the number of "boards" on order or delivered is also another point of constant confusion, generally if you have an "array" of 4 boards on your "user panel" which are singulated after completion and you want to order 100 "boards" intending to mean 100 of the array most fabs will call that 400 boards on the quote, but be worried you might also only get 25 "panels" ! (introduction of confusing term intentional)
