DCP.EXE has stopped working

It looks like a number of people have had this concern, but I have seen no resolution for it.  Many of the comments are in Win7 systems; I am in Win10.  It seems to happen when I interact with the Altium Vault.  Is there a resolution that I have not yet seen?
