Where are the component libraries?

When you're designing PCBs, creating schematic symbols and footprints is part of the job, but CircuitStudio looks like I'll have to create/modify 99% of the components I use even for basic designs. My even cheaper PCB design software package includes a decent amount of common components. Do we just have to create all of our own libraries with CircuitStudio?

The component libraries are in the Altium Vault: File->Vault Explorer . There are additional libraries for many vendors you can download from Altium's website: https://designcontent.live.altium.com/ . CircuitStudio supports some of the same library formats.

My understanding is they are in the vault (File > Vault Explorer ) But I can not access it, I guess it is because I have a trial version. But no one seem to be able to tell me this! Which is frustrating.

You can access components in Vault (with CS trial version) after connecting to Vault.
To do that, go to File | System Preferences | Data Management | Vaults .
