Unable to Install CS Free- Trial

I can download  CircuitStudioSetup.exe

 

When I try to Install the free trial, the download of files fails near the end, with error messages saying

"Unable to download package "Base_SchUtils-SimView"

If I retry, I cannot complete the download.  I cannot get past the last 17MB of the download.

 

This problem has occurred over several days and the error messages remain the same.

 

What am I doing wrong?

    Hi

    Our Altium engineer has advised that there is a good chance that you have a firewall or antivirus program intervening here.

     

    A good way to tell this is to try the software installation on a different PC at home for instance to download an evaluate the software.

    If the alternate PC works then you need to speak to your IT dept. to assist with the issue.
