Circuit Studio Installation issues

Hello,

I have recently purchased a license for Circuit Studio, but having installation issues when trying to install with the error message unable to download “Base_SchUtils-SimView”.

Looking through the forums the installation may be being blocked by the network firewall, but there seem to be no confirmed resolutions or further info required.

Is there any further info on the URLs and ports that the network firewall needs to open during the installation?

Or is there any further info on these installation issues?

Thanks.

Yes checked all the network firewall settings and there was no issue there. We have a network and individual machine anti-virus and after briefly disabling the network anti-virus we could install Circuit Studio with no issues and once re-enabling it operates fine.
