I have written to the Newark Technical Support several times. I have reached out to the Newark rep that contacted me about my free trial. I am a serious buyer trying out your software, and I have yet to receive a response in 10 days. The software started crashing regularly on me, and now I can't use it. This was a problem with CircuitMaker that I thought would be fixed in the $1k version. It started when I tried to create a library component. Now it just hangs indefinitely every time I run it. I have a project I started with this, and had a purchase requisition in with my company to purchase the software so I could finish the project, and now I am dead in the water. Needless to say, this is a huge disappointment. I am running Windows 10 with no updates preceding this problem. I have allowed the software to issue numerous error reports. Assistance would be greatly appreciated at this point so I could actually get my job done.
