Hi All,
I'm reasonably new to CS and it may all be related to my misunderstandings.
- Why does CS have two output file locations depending on what output button is selected.
As an example, on the "Outputs" tab, the Gerber button outputs in the sub folder "Project Outputs for 7275-2.0 Injector Solenoid PCB"
On the "Project" tab, using the "Generate Outputs" button the files are generated in the sub folder "Default Configuration\Project Outputs for 7275-2.0 Injector Solenoid PCB\Gerber"
Similar applies for NC Drill files etc. - Why do I get different output files when I select the "NC Drill" file output from different locations?
As an example, on the "Outputs" tab, the "NC Drill Files" button creates the sub folder "Project Outputs for 7275-2.0 Injector Solenoid PCB\NC Drill Output" with a nnn.DRR, nnn.LDP, nnnRoundHoles.txt and nnnSlotHoles.txt.
Using the using the "Generate Outputs" button the "nnnRoundHoles.txt and nnnSlotHoles.txt" files are missing from the "NC Drill" folder.
Again excuse my ignorance, but does a PCB house actually use the "nnn.DRR, nnn.LDP" files?
Thanks,
Neil.
