Mirror text in schematic document

Hi,

 

Is anyone able to mirror text within a schematic document? The option is there in properties for the text tool but it does not seem to function.

I am also not able to flip the text using X or Y.

    In both CircuitStudio and Altium Designer:

    In schematics, flipping with X or Y should only re-position the origin of the text string.  It would not mirror the image of the text.  I think you might see this if you have the text string origin indicator turned on (in File> System Preferences > Graphical Editing check the Mark Manual Parameters box).  Or you can sort of see this by rotating the text string with the space bar.

     

    In PCB it should actually mirror the text.  In PCB that would be for putting legend or other text for viewing from the bottom side.

    I can confirm it is not possible to mirror text on a schematic, the is by design. In this instance the documentation is wrong.
